1.Travel Consultant

Job Description

(1) Able to work independently and have a flexible roll-up your sleeves attitude.
(2) Contacting new clients, responding to requests for quotes
(3) Able to sell all travel products.
(4) Closing the sale and customer support
(5) Travel industry experience is an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Required language:Mandarin


Responsibilities of the job:

  • Daily cost and revenue Auditing
  • Record Inter-Company accounting transactions with other locations
  • Trial balance maintenance, including Cash receipts and disbursement activities, and general journal preparation etc.
  • Perform tasks associated with monthly financial statement closing
  • Analyze select Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
  • Research and respond to questions from Head Quarters or other offices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & email applications
  • Intermediate Excel skills, working with multiple spreadsheets is required
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of the team
  • Well-developed problem solving and trouble shooting skills with strong analytical abilities, numbers and detail oriented with focus on accuracy
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight timelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and evenings

3.團體線控OP (Tour Operator)

Job Description

(1) Able to work with both travel agents, professors and direct consumers
(2) Will be working primarily by e-mail and phone
(3) Detail oriented and self-motivated
(4) Following the group booking process from beginning to end
(5) Contacting new clients, responding to requests for quotes
(6) Designing and defining complex travel itineraries
(7) Closing the sale and customer support
(8) Handling all groups that have over 10 passengers
(9) Reckoning the revenues and costs of the groups
